Small Groups/Bible Studies

Various small groups and bible studies that meet during the week.

Deuteronomy : These Are The Words – New Bible study starting Feb. 12.
Moses’ last three sermons were crucial to the identity of Israel time and again: as she was set to enter the Promised Land of Canaan, in the revival under King Josiah (800 years later) and on the return from exile in Babylon (another 200 years after that.) We’ll read the whole book and wrestle with the text together.
This is a the start of an ongoing Bible study. We gain so much from personal reading, study, and devotions, but our Bible is meant for community, and it isn’t written to be broken into fragments. We’re meant to read, wrestle with, and interpret it together. So we’ll read those whole books, together. Our classes will include reading, discussion, meditation, and prayer. We’ll make room for questions and diverse understandings, and your voice is welcome. Every session may be different, as we go where we’re led.
Sundays at 9:45 in the Training Room, CLC 1st Floor. Contact Joey Butler,
